Terms and Policies
**ALL class series, camps (including but not limited to Summer and Spring Break Camp), and pop-up camps will incur an additional registration fee, which will be added to the overall registration costs.**
CANCELLATIONS
- Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, which includes a nonrefundable deposit for your camp. Nonrefundable deposits for 1-2 day camps are $50 and 3-5 day camps are $100.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the camp will be eligible for a refund of half the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp's start date are nonrefundable.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be eligible for full refund minus the deposit for Summer Camp.
- For Pop-Up Camps, please note that the registration is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your registration, you may pick a future camp date instead.
CAMP POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
CAMP ENROLLMENT IS NONTRANSFERABLE.
Transfer or allocation of camp spots to other children, including siblings, is not permitted.
EARLY DROP-OFF AND LATE PICK-UP ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Please note that before and aftercare services are not included in the camp registration. Kids may be picked up as soon as our camp hours end. Fees will apply for any late pickups.
PLEASE BRING ONLY NUT FREE SNACKS.
Please make sure that your child's snacks, lunch, and drinks do not contain any kind of peanuts.
AGE LIMIT FOR CAMPS IS 5+ YEARS OLD.
Campers must be 5 years old and older. Except for camps especially made for toddlers.
